You can easily find fresh bread at every house. It is one of the most common foods. But most people think that this is an industrial product and it can’t make at home which is not true.

The industrial bread is not fresh every time but the homemade bread will be so fresh. It is not that hard as you think. Today, we are going to show you can easily make bread at home. 

Here is the complete guide. Just follow the following steps:

Ingredients you need:

0.5 KG or 500 Grams of white flour

Caster Sugar (1 teaspoon)

1 teaspoon of table salt

10 Grams of quick-acting yeast

How to make the dough:

Then, take a large bowl and pour 500 grams of white flour into it, 1 teaspoon of table salt, and 1 teaspoon of caster sugar. Next, add that 7-10 grams of quick-acting yeast. Now, mix all the ingredients well. Take 300-350 milliliters of warm water. Pour the water slowly into the dough and mix until the dough is no longer sticky.

knead the dough:

Lightly flour any part of your kitchen’s shelf. Put the dough there and start kneading it. Knead for at least 2 minutes first, the dough will now become smooth. Smooth the dough from the top and make it tight but smoother. Oil a tin and place the dough in it. Cover the dough with cling film and place it in a refrigerator for an hour.

Knead the dough again:

Take out the dough after an hour. Put it on a floured surface and start kneading it again for 2-3 minutes. Do the same process again, smooth the dough over the top, meet your hands underneath the dough and make the dough smoother. Place the dough in the same oiled tin, cover it with a cling film and place it in the refrigerator for an hour more.

Bake the dough:

Pre-heat your oven for 25 minutes at 390F. Place the same tin in the oven and bake the dough for 15-20 minutes. This should result in fresh, well-baked, brown and firm crust bread.
